As consumers turn more and more to digital mediums for travel planning and research, Hotel Valley Ho has struggled to stay competitive among third party booking engines, which keep a percentage of each property’s booking.
As a local business, it didn’t make financial sense to execute a national marketing campaign, so TJA focused our efforts on the Phoenix area. With the consumer in mind, we identified several key persona groups and their online behaviors and utilized direct digital placements, pay-per-click search advertising, display and remarketing ads and paid social media advertisements we were able to speak directly with our targeted audiences.
