Located in the heart of Old Town, 4020 Lofts have been a prominent feature of the Downtown Scottsdale scene for years. After being re-imagined as condominiums, the new property ownership came to TJA for a comprehensive awareness and sales campaign. Beginning with a logo redesign, TJA procured ad placement in outdoor, online, and print mediums, and executed the design of exterior signage, a new website, Facebook page, floor plans, sales materials, event invitations and eblasts. TJA’s efforts culminated in an exclusive Grand Opening dinner party hosted by a local celebrity chef, and attended by an over-capacity crowd. The project was regarded as one of the top three most successful infill projects of 2014 by Belfiore Consulting, and sold out completely in 9 months.
